We, Credit Management Outsource Solutions (CMOS) Ltd, are fully compliant with GDPR, and confirm that you data is secure and:
1. We have obtained and processed your data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner:
– Your data was provided to us by our client in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
2. Your data is processed by CMOS for only specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
If you are in dispute about the balance assigned to us to collect, we are happy to assist you with any query that you may have.

Should you wish to make a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), details of how to do so are contained within the link provided above.
The request for payment which you have received via email (with PDF attachment) or hard copy includes a barcode. This allows you to pay at your local Payzone outlet https://www.payzone.ie/find-a-store-near-you.
However, there are a number of other options open to you in terms of payment methods.

1. Pay over the phone or online with a debit card on 01-5547894 or www.cmos.ie . BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER WITH YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY DELAY ALLOCATION OF PAYMENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
2. You can lodge payments into any AIB bank or via bank transfer, please contact us for further information by calling 01-5547894 or emailing info@cmos.ie
3. You can send postal orders, cheques or bank drafts to Credit Management Outsource Solutions (CMOS) Ltd , 9 Seville place, Dublin D01T6R0 quoting reference number in your recent correspondence. All cheques, postal orders or bank drafts should be made payable to Credit Management Outsource Solutions (CMOS) Ltd.
Please do not send cash by post.

We are a debt collection company. We collect debts on behalf of lenders and providers of goods and services.
We want to work with you to help you clear your debts. We always take your financial circumstances into account and if necessary, we will set up an affordable payment plan that allows you to repay your debts in an affordable manner if you cannot pay in full.

If you have already paid the debt then please contact us on the number stated on the letter or email which you have received. We will liaise with your creditor and arrange to have your file closed.
